Hip talk-radio host and journalist Mingus and his French photographer girlfriend, Marion, live cozily in a New York apartment with their cat and two young children from previous relationships. But when Marion’s jolly father, her sister, and her sister’s outrageous boyfriend unceremoniously descend upon them for an overseas visit, it initiates two unforgettable days of family mayhem. The visitors push every button in the couple’s relationship, truly putting it to the test. How will the couple fare?

Album of the week: Mylo Xyloto by Coldplay
Coldplay are an alternative British rock band who have had international success with songs such as ‘Fix You’, ‘Viva La Vida’ and ‘Paradise’. This album is their fifth and was the focus of their tour around Europe, North America and Australasia. The album was written by a filmmaker and thus the songs on the album each tell a different story through each of the different styles and genres.
